Geometry 1.0 is an application which was designed for math teachers to easily
calculate the volume and surface area of common geometric figures. This software
is distributed as freeware. I am not responsible for any damage that this program
does to your system. I have tested this software on several machines using
Windows 95 and 98. However, you are using at your own risk. I am new to designing
software with a graphical user interface. I am sure that this program is not
perfect. This was my first attempt at designing software for Windows. You can edit
the program or provide it to anyone that may find it useful. This software was
designed using RealBasic Version 2. I have to give a special thanks to Joe Fields
for his input on some of the source code that was used in the software. I must
also thank Leslie Hash for her input for creating algorithms for finding surface
area and volume. The logo for Geometry 1.0 was designed by Kelly Strohmeyer.
There are both Macintosh and DOS versions of Geometry 1.0. If you have any
questions about the software or would like to report a bug, send me an e-mail at
teast@mac.com. Thanks to all who are dedicated to the teaching of mathematics.
You are the greatest. God bless you and enjoy the program.
